Meet Dr. Sophie Lagueux
Sophie Lagueux, M.D. received her medical degree from the University of Montréal and completed her residency in Family Practice at Verdun Hospital in Montréal, Canada. She has been in private practice since she came to Mt. Juliet in 1982. She loves working with her aesthetic clients and ensures that she stays up to date on advancement in aesthetics technology to best serve her patients.
Jamie Leigh McNeil, RN
Jamie Leigh McNeil is a Registered Nurse that moved to Tennessee from New Orleans, LA. She graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Public Relations before discovering her true calling in aesthetics. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from South College.
Jamie has worked in the Dermatology/Aesthetic field for over 10 years. She specializes in medical-grade skincare, laser treatments, and injectables, helping clients achieve natural, refreshed results.
On her days off, she enjoys playing with her son, painting, and traveling the globe.

Deena Montgomery, MSN, APRN
With over 11 years of experience in medical aesthetics, Deena brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and artistry to every patient she treats. Born and raised in the Mount Juliet and Lebanon area, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University before beginning her career in aesthetic medicine.
Deena spent her first five years traveling across the United States, where she gained extensive experience treating a wide variety of skin types and ethnicities. She then spent the next five years as a lead medical provider, mentoring and teaching novice nurses in the field of aesthetics across multiple modalities—including Botox, laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, and more.
This diverse background has shaped Deena’s comprehensive approach to aesthetic care, specializing in full facial rejuvenation—from injectables to advanced laser resurfacing treatments. Her favorite part of aesthetics is helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin again.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Deena spending time with her husband, their two children, and their dogs, Marlie and Moxie.
